This page sets out how billing, refunds, cancellation and plan access work at FITENABLE. For the full legal terms see our Terms of Service, and for how we handle your data see our Privacy Policy.

1. Refund & cancellation policy

  • All payments are final. Once a payment is completed, no refund is possible — for any plan, class, or duration, whether used or unused.
  • We do not auto-renew subscriptions. Your plan stays active for the full duration you paid for and then simply stops — there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge, and no partial refund for the unused remainder if you stop using it earlier.
  • Please review the plan, duration and price carefully before you pay. If anything is unclear, talk to us first at support@fitenable.com — we're happy to answer before you commit.
  • In the rare event of a duplicate or failed-but-charged transaction (e.g. money debited but no plan activated), write to us with your payment reference and we will reconcile it with the payment gateway. This is a transaction correction, not a refund of a valid purchase.

2. Pricing & GST

  • All plan prices are shown per month and are exclusive of GST.
  • 18% GST is added on top at checkout, as required for fitness coaching services in India.
  • Longer durations are billed once as a lump sum (e.g. a 3-month plan is billed for all 3 months together) at the discounted per-month rate shown. The exact GST-inclusive total is displayed before you pay.
  • Prices may change over time; the price shown at the moment of purchase is the price you pay for that term.

3. Plan access & delivery

  • FITENABLE is a fully digital service — there is no physical shipment.
  • After payment, your assessment is reviewed by a coach and your personalised plan is prepared and delivered inside your dashboard. You'll be notified the moment it's ready.
  • Access to your dashboard, plan, tracking and coach support lasts for the full duration of the plan you purchased.

4. Live classes

  • Live online classes (yoga / workout) are a separate purchase — a drop-in, a class pack, or an unlimited monthly add-on.
  • The same no-refund policy applies. Class packs have a stated validity window; unused classes after that window expire and are not refunded or extended.

Our plans are for general fitness and wellness only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition.
